Email Address
When you subscribe to Superior Information or its subsidiary web sites (1) via email, your email address is placed in a database and used to send you any combination of the following: issues of Superior Information publications, product notifications, any paid services you’ve joined. We will not sell or rent your email address to any company. It is however possible that Superior Information may change management or ownership at any point in the future. You can remove your address from our email list by following the instructions at the end of every email we send.
Email may be sent to you as a result of your download of a widely published free ebook or other document, containing (in whole or in part) information provided by Jack Carter and/or Superior Information. In such documents and/or the offer to download them, you can read a general privacy policy. Inside such documents, you will see links to SI properties. Our SI properties contain our terms of use, privacy policy, and disclaimer.
As of early 2016 we are transitioning customer and subscriber communication systems to Infusionsoft. However, the bulk of our email database contents are held at Aweber.com and any email sent to you may continue to originate from there. We will make reasonable efforts, when possible, to avoid sending you duplicate identical emails. Unsubscribe instructions are included in every email originating from both Aweber and Infusionsoft.
Any email you send to Superior Information or its subsidiary websites is considered confidential unless you tell us otherwise. We will not add your name to our email list without your permission. If you declare an email to us to be a testimonial, we reserve the right to publish it in whole or in part in any format on any Superior Information property, however we will not publish your last name without your permission.
If your inquiry is about an order or subscription, Superior Information’s Customer Service staff will ask you to verify your identity by confirming information already in your record.
Spam
If you believe that Superior Information has sent you unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam), please send an e-mail to admin@superiorinformation.com and if you request it, we can explain WHY you are on at least one of our mailing lists, and, if you request it, to remove you from all mailing lists.
Personal Information
We will never ask you for your credit card number or anything else other than name, email (and in rare cases, phone or address) — except when you place an order. At that time, we will provide a secure (SSL, encrypted) connection and require you to submit only the information needed to complete and fulfill your order. Only authorized employees, owners or managers of Superior Information and its subsidiary websites will have access to this information. Superior Information will not sell or rent this information to any company outside of SI.
However, Superior Information will share information if required by law or regulations, or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information received by us. Please note that “personal information” does not include your mailing address. See “Mailing Address,” below.
Nature Of Communications
Your subscription to any SI list implies your desire for information pertaining to finances, investing, trading and personal wealth.
The nature of the communications you will receive by email or direct mail, after joining any database of Superior Information or its subsidiaries:
1) may pertain to your purchases, if you buy any SI product
2) may pertain to your download of a widely published free ebook or other document, containing (in whole or in part) information provided by Jack Carter and/or Superior Information.
3) may pertain to any financial, investment, personal wealth, or stock or options trading related topic (“The Subject Matter”)
4) may pertain to companies other than Superior Information, at our sole judgement that the communication pertains to The Subject Matter. SI may be directly or indirectly compensated financially for sending communications pertaining to non-SI companies, but will not give your personal information to those companies. However you may decide to voluntarily give your personal information to those companies, in which case you will be able to remove yourself from their database at any time by following simple instructions. SI cannot be held responsible in any way for any behavior of any non-SI company.
Please note that a request to be removed from all databases may result in not receiving information that you have paid for by subscription.
Mailing Address
When you give us your mailing address, Superior Information will use this information to fulfill your order or subscription and to send you information on other products that may suit your interests.
